EDUCATORS & PROVIDERS
NextUp seeks high-quality program providers to join in our shared commitment to ensuring Richmond youth have access to quality afterschool activities. Providers tap into NextUp’s shared marketing, sponsored trainings, funding, and coordinated registration system. NextUp works to increase the reach of services while eliminating the risk of fragmented or duplicated services.
NextUp supports providers with the tools they need to deliver top-rate learning opportunities. This is accomplished through partnerships with the Richmond Youth Program Quality Intervention (YPQI) and the Tool Box programs to provide professional development and on-site coaching for NextUp program partners. NextUp also uses a Quality Improvement Process (QIP) across its sites that is designed to create a shared understanding of quality and consistent program standards.
